In the adjustment of status guide:

1. Documentation showing joint ownership or property; or
2. A lease showing joint tenancy of a common residence; or
3. Documentation showing co-mingling of financialresources; or
4. Birth certificate(s) of child(ren) born to you, thepetitioner, and your spouse together; or
5. Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties havingpersonal knowledge of the bona fides of the maritalrelationship (Each affidavit must contain the full nameand address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner ofbeneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or herknowledge of your marriage); or

Any other relevant documentation to establish that thereis an ongoing marital union.

So I was wondering if its really needed to include too many proofs in the package or its more important for the interview? She just started working recently so she has never payed taxes and her dad is going to be our affidavit co-sponsor, we are going to live in their home for a couple of months, so we dont have such a thing as leash, rent etc together yet. We are definetely going to have way more proofs for the interview but by the time we get married, all we are going to be able to have is the joint bank account together and lots of pictures together. Is this enough for the package? Or could this be a reason for denial?

Did you arrive on a K-1? The only "proof" needed for the AOS package is the marriage certificate. If you get an interview you can bring proof of bonafide relationship then.

Yes you send some proof of bonafide relationship with the i-130. The i-485 itself doesn't require any such proof.

Pictures and even a little written down timeline/story about you as a couple is okay to send too. Absolutely not necessary but I was told by USCIS that it was a good thing to do. Send what you have and if you have to go to an interview bring more proof then.
