I had my lawyer calling them couple times and today she told me that I should get it within 2 weeks hopefully it happens

Decided to try my luck and call them today. They transferred me to an L2 officer right away but was given an estimated wait time of 77 mins. When the officer called he was very apologetic. He mentioned I should have gotten my card two week s after approval. He said everything looks clear on their side and there is nothing on the system that shows why it's  being delayed. He expedited the SR and said we will hear back with an update in the next 5 days.

No word yet for us. We’re going through Philadelphia. Anyone else going through Philly? Seems to be pretty backed up.

Today

I received my interview letter for January 30th in Baltimore, my file date in July 3rd.

My online status did not update.

The good thing with the interview letter is that it tells you what to bring.

Any advice on how to prepare for the interview with be greatly appreciated.

We rescheduled ours with no problem, got a new time a month later. Just sent them the boarding passes.

Hey Guys

My AOS Marriage based interview is the start of next month in Baltimore

My PD is July 3rd

Biometrics 22nd August

Interview February 1st

How did people organize actual photos they took, i don't want to take loads in a random order, the way i was thinking is this

Wedding Pictures

Engagement Pictures

Photos with family

Photos with friends

Photos of me and my spouse

In 5 zip lock bags with the date and year wrote on the back of them

Or does anyone have a better suggestion

Thanks

Figured I would update! EAD and AP were approved yesterday (Jan. 4th 2018) after a looooong 180 day wait. Excited that we can travel back to Sweden now and visit family, just sucks it couldn't have happened during winter break!

Did you contact your congressperson and/or ombudsman about your EAD? If so, do you think it helped? Or did you just go, "F it, I'll wait and see how long it takes?" I'm in the last category at the moment but am starting to wondering if I should consider the first.
