it took a few days. i asked via their live chat as to how soon it will reflect my incoming mails because I noticed the same. I was told it would take a few days. I began receiving notifications a week after I signed up with informed delivery.

I LITERALLY just got off from the phone with USCIS and they gave me the tracking number. So happy.

So I happened to call them today out of curiosity. They said the same thing again that it can take up to 60 days for the card to go in production and it's on a case to case basis. Mentioned my status will change on day 60 but if it does not, to open SR which will take 30 days. No expedite service available because it's already approved. What day are you on?

I did get a email from USCIS asking me to fax the offer letter and I did it and still nothing. It's been more than a week that i faxed the document. Anyways today is 121st day !!!!

 

Any progress on your end ?

I stopped counting since I missed the job, but I know that it will be 60 days after approval without any move on December 13th

I thought I read that they have five days to make a decision on the expedite after getting the evidence???? Or maybe it was just someone else’s experience...

Hey everyone, just a brief update on my case:

It's been 122 days since I applied for EAD I-765 (I submitted it after my original I-485 and I-130). I submitted two SR requests (one 30 days ago, the other a week ago) and neither had been assigned to an office.

 

I just called USCIS today, and they said the clock for EAD resets if you get an RFE for I-485 or I-130 (which we did). My RFE was accepted on Sept 7, meaning my EAD is at 92 days.

 

During the call with USCIS, the status of my SR request magically changed to "was assigned to an officer for response". Coincidence? Who cares!

 

The person on the call also told me that my local office is processing I-485's as of last December, so I'm thinking I may go ahead and apply for advance parole since I won't be able to leave the country until what sounds like September. Why didn't I apply for advance parole originally? Well, I didn't realize we were all eligible for it -- the forms make it seem that you need a super compelling reason regarding financial loss/hardship, documented emergency in your home country etc etc. But thanks to the community here, I now know better.

So did you open SR? I opened mine on Monday and it's still not been assigned to an officer.

My SR was never assigned to an officer...like they just decided it wasn’t important, despite being well past processing time

Well the holiday season is almost here and with many ppl being on holidays, I highly doubt I will get my EAD this year or a response from an officer. This is simply absurd

I had my lawyer calling them couple times and today she told me that I should get it within 2 weeks hopefully it happens
