You have a very rare situation

Waiting for EAD approval is such a pain and not receiving the card after approval is another pain...sorry you had to go through this...hope this issue gets resolved soon for you

thanks I hope it does bc I have a great job offer and the want to do my background check so they are stuck and this is just

 ridiculous

I also follow the AOS June 2017 Filers! forum and someone named Tabbbbby had a similar issue. If you go to the forum it starts to be discussed around Oct 28. I am not sure what ended up happening but they were told the 60 day wait as well. Hopefully they will be able to give you a little more insight. Sorry this is happening to you.

crazy right! i'm actually reading the topic while I'm waiting for a tier 2 officer to call me back right now I'm around the middle of November  and just got quoted by an other filler.

137 days and still no EAD update. It is ridiculous. Thinking of involving the local representative in my town. How do I do that? I searched online for “congressman in **address** and it showed me 2 senators and 1 representative. Who do I talk to? Do I call? Do I go to the office? Thanks.

Also, to those who had RF(I)E, how long before your case status online changed to “RF(I)E was mailed” to “Received Evidence”?

Nov 17th, I got a call from USCIS informing me that my case had been assigned to an officer for adjudication. Nov 20th, my online SR got completed with no update until now. I also received an email saying that my SR has been closed.

 

Any ideas what this means? Does this mean that I will soon receive a decision on my EAD? It has been sitting for 117days already.

My 3rd online SR was completed Nov 15th and up until now, nothing. I called them, I was just told to wait for a decision within 30 days. If not, to call them. I mean, mine has been 137 days. 

 

Can you please update me when you hear something on yours? Thanks!

Also, did you get that email saying your SR has been closed the same day you got the email saying it was completed?
