Also probably good just to have informed delivery in Baltimore in general. I have lived in Baltimore for 7 years now and there was a period of time 5 years ago when my mail was disappearing. Also as you are probably aware, packages tend to disappear in the city on occasion. Good Old Charm City.

Did you do informed delivery for USPS or UPS or which one is it

USPS then on the tabs above it has mail and packages. The card comes via package (or priority mail)

My file date was July 26th for EAD.

 

I raised an SR on day 75, got ignored

My attorney raised a 2nd SR for me which was completed in 6 days, still didnt change my status.

On Monday Tier 1 officer raised a 3rd SR for me and my Local Congresswoman enquired for me, yesterday my status changed to New Card is Being Produced

By the way...when you contacted your congresswoman did you contact their office on phone or did you go to their local office? also did you had to fill in the "Privacy Act Release Form" ? which looks something like this...https://wenstrup.house.gov/uploadedfiles/privacy_release_form.pdf

@BaltimoreFiler did you ever get an email or anything after your 2nd SR completed? Also, how long did you wait after your 2nd SR was completed before you raised the 3rd SR? And, how long was it before your status changed to “new card being produced” after you got an email saying “your case is under review. You should get a decision or action shortly.”?

My attorney got the email saying it had been completed. Then 5 days later I rang to see what it meant and the Tier 1 officer filed a new one for me Monday, plus my local congresswoman mad early an enquiry for me cos my work visa was expiry and I could keep my job with employment approval, wednesday I got the text saying new card being produced

How long does it normally takes for greencard interview to be scheduled? Or for the green card to arrive, if interview is not necessary?

 

Just want to know when to expect it.

Hey guys, quick update, 

 

approved last Wednesday for EAD, my approval notice come today and got the email saying my card has been mailed to me 

 

hopefully I’ll get that 4/5 days

hello,

 

I'd like to know if anybody else is in my situation too I got EAD approved since October 13th and till now no card no changes I contact the immigration bc I got a job offer but they saying now they can't do nothing till 60 days after approval, can't push for financial hardship or job offer, also one officer told me its legal to work with just the lettre but I read the letter again and it says that can't be use as a proof so I'm very lost please I need some advice
