What USCIS number did you call to speak to T2 officer? Any luck?

Their number is 18003755283. I called them just now and immediately asked for a Tier 2 officer. Unfortunately, the CS told me there were no T2 officers available at this time. He put in a callback request from a T2 officer and said that I should expect it within the next 3 days. The first time I asked for a T2 officer, I received the callback within 2hours (they quoted 88minutes for callback time).

We are on the same boat although mine is on day 104. I have raised two SRs, none of which was assigned until now. One of them is supposed to give me feedback by Nov 15th. I intend to call them if I don't receive any reply in the next couple of days.

Now that they are already processing September filers as per the USCIS website, I sure hope that they can provide at the very least, an explanation as to why there is a hold up.

Will keep everyone posted for any update.

Ignore what it says on the website.  I have an NOA date of September 15th and have searched all cases on that date and there is no evidence that they have handled anything for that date.  I think the website is an error.

I thought so too. I found it impossible that they were only 15 days behind from date of posting of cases handled. If that were true, it only meant that they don't have any more backlog which is unbelievable given that there are still July and August filers with no feedback. If anything, I can use this date to press them to expedite my case even if it was an error.

I called them today to do this but I was told it is a 3-day wait for a T2 officer callback. I will await for their call and update as to what they say about the September cases being processed.

I really do hope that’s the case on mine too. That’s my 3rd SR, although I got an RFIE for AOS.

This is my current situation

I always check my case status on the USCIS online and it always said the same thing, that the “case was received”. I made 3 SRs, the 3rd one was just last Nov 11th. And this is the first time I received an email about the SR I made. So hopefully I hear something good soon.

Did you receive the approval first on paper or did your online status change first

Oh okay. It’s also my 3rd SR but it was never assigned or completed. So really hoping this time is good news. I never involved a congressman though.

My second SR which was completed was done in 12 days

when i rang and spoke to Tier 1/2 both said the same thing that it’s still pending

the SR doesn’t help at all
