Last night my status changed to Case was approved on my I485, and this morning changed to Card was mailed on October 17, so I'll probably receive my Green Card either today or tomorrow!

We had the same message last night, however, still no EAD approval as of yes, but luckily it doesn't matter because of green card being produced

Hi everyone! 

 

My NOA is August 1st so technically I'm an August filer, but I noticed people at the end of July got their EADs already, I was just wondering if you did expedite request? I'm hesitating, I didn't really know too much about expedite until recently, and since someone is willing to hire me ONCE I have the EAD, I'm pretty sure I could have asked for a job offer and do expedite. But at this point I don't know if it's worth it, because if you got your EAD without expedite then mine should come in the next few weeks?

I don't think expediting the case will hurt, but I was in a similar situation and I just decided to wait in the end. My noa date is less than a week from yours and I got approved a couple of days ago.

My NOA date is 07/31 and seeing that everyone ahead of me has been receiving their approvals, I just called USCIS hotline to follow up on my case. They gave me the standard 15-30days for a reply from them. I don't think it would hurt though to have an online service request for your application. God bless and let's hope for good news to come!

I had to call up my congressional office yesterday who expedited the case for me, it's crazy how quickly they were able to speed up the process!

Technically you can file a service request after 75 days from the filed date.

Yes, I feel lucky everything passed already. This morning I received the NOA2 for my I485 and it says I'll receive my green card within 3 weeks, but online it says that they mailed my card yesterday, so hopefully I'll be done with everything this week!
