That's what I am afraid of, I know I shouldn't be hearing anything about the I-130. I don't know what we could have missed.

Ugh We will be really frustrated if that is the case because my husband is hoping to expedite his EAD this week with a job offer, I don't know what will happen if we get a request for more evidence. I can't think of anything we missed and I make well over the requirement (sent in all the same paperwork for our K1 to prove it). Ahh my mind is going crazy :(

If it’s an RFE for i130 would that even effect your EAD

EAD & AP card received today! Online still just says that everything was received.

Just got home and read the mail (the hubs checked the mail this morning) and it's actually the letter saying it was approved and that the card will be coming.

I just received an informed delivery notice today and have a letter from immigration. If it is addressed to me the Petitioner it can't be good news can it? I would assume the EAD would be addressed to my husband :(

You can see if its addressed to either you or your husband once its to be delivered today. It may be the EAD approval letter which in most cases arrives a day or two before the EAD card and sometimes the same time like mine. I think all EAD cards are sent by priority mail / insured. So you should be able to see the tracking no on informed delivery. Goodluck.

Cool. Am sure you were in tension until the mail arrived :) Looking at your timeline and other July Filers you should be receiving your EAD/AP anytime soon. Good luck.

Hopefully it won't take long before your request is granted and not only processed without answer. Sometimes when they send letters instead of assigning to an officer and completing the request, they take little more time. Well wishing you and everyone else still waiting, including myself for either i-485 approval or scheduled interview, quick approval and goodluck.

We got an awesome surprise in the mail today! My husband's EAD/AP combo card arrived today! We didn't even realize it had been approved. We received the NOA's saying approved on each and the card all on the same day! He was approved on 10.6.17.

I had made a service inquiry online on 10.1.17, and was told we would hear back by the 22nd. Lucky for us, it was quicker than expected!

Congrats, this is good news.
