Has any july filler got the ead or interview date already without an expedite?

As myself and others on this forum have stated multiple times, those of us who live in places where the local field office are processing AOS applications quickly have received interview dates without an expedite. My wife's timeline for AOS/EAD/AP was an application mailed 6/30, NOA-1 7/5, Biometrics 8/3, Interview 9/25 (tomorrow). We did NOT raise an SR or request an expedite. Maine (as well as Yakima, WA and several other places around the country) is just processing AOS applications on a 50-day timeline from biometrics to interview date. Some people like us will have an interview in 3 months from application date; some will wait nearly a year for an interview (like those in Houston, where apps were taking 300+ days BEFORE Irma and Houston is now postponing interviews; or Minneapolis, where it is an average of 350+ days between biometrics and interview).

My wife's AOS interview is tomorrow...we are doing the final putting-together of evidence and both getting a little nervous! We will post here on how it went, what types of questions were asked, etc. See our timeline below - we can hardly believe the day is almost here! (For quick ref, mailed 6/30, NOA-1 7/5, Biometrics 8/3, Interview 9/25).

Wow that was so quick! Check congrats in advance.

Thank you! She was approved for GC this afternoon!

We waited only about 20 minutes past our scheduled time to be called. The officer interviewing us interviewed me (the American citizen) after kicking my wife out of the room! He asked me questions for about 15 minutes - all relationship questions from the K-1 application packet. My name, birthdate, her name and age, how we met, how we came to be dating and engaged, whether I knew her family, how I had met them, where our wedding was and what date, and what I did for work. Then he called her back into the room with us and asked her a pared down version of the same questions - only five minutes.

We brought a whole binder full of proof of joint finances etc but he only asked for a photocopy of our joint auto and renter's insurance and an envelope addressed to us from a card we got congratulating us on marriage. Then he said we were approved and would receive GC in the post in two weeks!

Oh my goodness. I was not home all day today and it completely slipped my mind to submit an inquiry. Did you do the e-inquiry or called them or both? I will submit an e-inquiry right now.

Also, did you submit inquiry about your I-131 as well? I will probably call them tomorrow about my EAD as they might be closed right now since it’s already late.

So guys, I posted here I would request to expedite my EAD under the severe financial loss and today we just got the notification that the card is being produced.

We requested on september 1st, no congressman involved and we sent them all bank statements, letter explaining everything, job interviews and other bills.

The status for the advance parole says: my appeal is dismissed with the note that the decision remains the same, so probably is the same decision for the EAD, and also the I-485 remains as fingerprints received.

so now we both can breathe here finally.

It’s only been 31 days since your NOA1. You can only submit an inquiry for EAD if it’s over 75 days and that will be, if I counted it right, October 16.
