Yes I'd be curious with expediting my application based upon a job offer, as a friend has said his boss would give me a job/interview installing internet for Comcast! It's a great opportunity for me to find my feet being 1st job. But as of now I keep telling my friend October probably November.

PD 24July

ready to schedule interview August 22

Congrats on another progress on your case. Mine still says fingerprint fee was received.

Is it true that we can send a case inquiry for EAD if we haven't heard anything after 75 days?

To those who expedited and succeed, I am aware that they asked for a job offer letter for some (or everyone?) people to process an expedite. But I have a question, is that the only thing that they really want? Or I can like show bills and bank account or something? There's a lot of job opportunities from where I am but I am scared to even submit an application because I'm not really sure if they will accept me if I don't have my EAD yet. I don't wanna ruin the opportunity, like they hire me, and then I don't have EAD on hand. My NOA1 was July 13. I am guessing I'm not getting anything until November.

I just submitted a job offer. I know of some people who also submitted bills, bank account, health insurance bills and so on. But me personally, I submitted only a job offer to my Senator's office who then created a congressional inquiry.

Yes, it's on USCIS website.

I don't have a PD but my NOA1 was dated July 12, like yours. Are you gonna submit an inquiry too or no after Sept. 25th? That's the 75th day if I calculated it correctly.

Yeah September 25th is 75 days! I'd wait until 76 then submit an inquiry but probably no harm on 75th day either :)
