I have just spent a couple of hours reading the forty pages on here (to catch up with many November K1 filers) and because we got married on Saturday and I am about to file (I know I'll be a September filer - but you guys are SO helpful!).

It looks like it might be a LONG process here in Minnesota but I'll be keeping tabs on you all!

so glad to see @fishe23a is nearly at interview!

@Chelleyandaaron so glad to see you on here as well! We just saw the page with all of the area processing times and realized how long the wait is from St. Paul! We will be thinking of you as you start the process!

As someone quoted several days ago, this is the page where you can see the processing times for each center that works on green card applications:

http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/aosstats.php

Your EAD / AP application (I-765 and I-131) are processed at a national processing center and it currently is taking an average of about 110 days from NOA-1 to production of your EAD / AP card.

The I-485 / AOS / "green card" is processed at the field office closest to the physical address where you filed. My wife and I live in the Portland, ME general area and our processing center is one of the fastest in the country; she had her biometrics 3rd August and already has her green card interview scheduled for 25th September. Yakima, WA and Greer, SC are also extremely fast; most of the other centers are 100s-300s in terms of number of days from biometrics to interview. At the above link you can find the center where you did your biometrics (your "field office" where your application is being processed) and get a general idea of how long your application will take.

oh geeesss! I'm in St.Paul as well. Oh wow I checked it and St.Paul has the slowest processing times for like 356days 🤣.

I'm not gonna keep checking my case status for I485 but I'm wishing to have my EAD and AP within 110days

Congratulations to @HandmadeTurnip and @Joey & Rina for having their interviews scheduled! My field office (Phoenix, AZ) is taking real slow as of the moment.

I feel you - Philadelphia is my local field office and it's taking its sweet time. My package is at Philly now, but it's one of the most backed up offices in the country.

Question, does it mean the field office who process my biometrics are the one handling my AOS processing?

I have a dumb question but i am sure all of you could help me out. On the " Check your case' on thr uscis website. Do you only enter in your receipt numbers that were sent in your NOA? Does that make sense? In my case i was sent ***********50-53, thats i-130, i-485, i-131, i-765. I ONLY check the status on these receipt numbers correct?
