How did you all interpret part 5 question 3 "How many times have you been married?" Terribly unclear wording of the question, in my opinion. Sounds like it's asking for PRIOR marriages. But I just checked the box saying I'm currently married, then I'm supposed to put "0" for how many times I've been married? I just got married. That doesn't count as having been married? Driving me nuts over thinking this one.

If I am not mistaken you put 1 for how many times you've been married, if you just got married and that's the only marriage so far. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this one. I agree that it's all unclear. You have no idea how many times I've read my forms before submitting it. Good luck on your case. 😊

I just check my I485 form and put 1 which is my current marriage. Hope it is correct :)

Got a letter coming in the mail today! I hope it's my biometrics appointment. 😍

@mrmrsVang yours should be coming today too! Yours might be today or tomorrow or monday @seattlejord if my counting is right. 😊

I certainly hope you're right. I'll be checking the mail in a few hours :)

This is a silly question, but once we all get our Biometric appointments, what's the next big milestone we're waiting for? Judging by wait times, it seems the AOS could be processed in as soon as three or four months, but the I-485 is pushing nine or 10 months (at least at my office).

I think after the biometrics we just have to wait for our EAD/AP in the mail approximately 12-16 weeks after filing and for the interview appointment letter ( if any ) approximately 4-10 months after filing.

Woot woot, received our biometrics appointment letter today. No emails/texts or update on the USCIS website. Hubby is so excited, he's tired of being home and not working so he's looking forward to getting his EAD....I am too, it's very expensive supporting 2 people on 1 income.
