Yesterday I finally received my green card! I'm so happy and relieved that the wait is over and that I can work and go visit my family back in Spain!

Received a status update on my case this morning on the tracker that my case was scheduled for an interview. Ironically enough the new DHS website didn't update but the old tracker did.

Called again to check on my package after not hearing anything for 15 days and the guy said even though I didn't get a text or e-mail that my package had been received/accepted. He gave me two receipt numbers, for my EAD and AP. Those who got texts and e-mails, how many receipts did you get? Shouldn't I get one for AOS also? I checked my bank and they finally took out the money today.

I got 3, one for each AP, EAD, AOS. The 3 are in sequential order, so you could try changing the number to one below or above your ead/ap.

Exactly what Talmanes said above. If you got your receipt numbers for EAD and AP make your receipt number for AOS as a below digit. Like if your EAD ends with 3 and AP ends with 2, copy that receipt number and make the last digit 1. Let me know if it worked.

05.21.16 - Hard copy NOA 1

07.21.16 - NOA 2

07.25.16 - Hard copy of NOA 2

08.05.16 - NVC case number assigned

08.10.16 - Case received at consulate, packet 3 received, DS-160 submitted

08.11.16 - Packet 3 mailed to embassy

08.18.16 - Packet 4 received, visa fee paid, letter from NVC arrived

09.02.16 - Medical

09.22.16 - Interview, received 221(g) :crying:, Case changed to administrative processing for missing documents :protest:

10.03.16 - Mailed off response to 221(g), bye bye passport

10.04.16 - Package containing documents + passport arrived at the Amsterdam consulate

10.17.16 - Approved!!!

10.18.16- Visa in hand! :dancing:

We just received last July 21 the biometric appointment dated August 4 - 10 AM.

11/01/16 - Delivered at Lewisville, TX
10/31/16 - NOA1 Text and Email. Case sent to CSC
11/04/16 - NOA1 Hard Copy Received
01/13/17- NOA2 Text and Email  **wohhoooo 76 days**
01/20/17 - NOA2 Hard Copy Received 
01/27/17 - Embassy Received. Case status set as Ready
02/07/17 - Medical ( Passed!!!!)
02/23/17 - Interview (APPPRRROOOOVVEEDDDDD)
02/24/17 - Visa Issued

02/28/2017 - Visa in Hand =)

04/03/2017 - Pick up our doggy passport for our fur child
04/06/2017 - Arrived in USA!!!

04/24/2017 - Applied for SSN

04/28/2017 - SSN arrived, got a state ID card and opened bank account

06/05/2017 - Passed the DMV test! Yey I can drive. 

06/09/2017- Our Wedding 

06/30/2017 - Submitted our AOS packet 

07/05/2017- Check got encashed and notification that they received our packet 

07/11/2017 - received a text and email for NOA1 

07/17/2017 - hard copy of NOA 1 received in the mail for (EAD, AP and AOS)

08/04/2017 - biometrics scheduled 

08/14/2017 - received update that they are ready to schedule the interview

The number below had the same recieved date, but was for I-130. Is that the normal 3rd receipt? I have i-130, I131 and I765.

How did you all interpret part 5 question 3 "How many times have you been married?" Terribly unclear wording of the question, in my opinion. Sounds like it's asking for PRIOR marriages. But I just checked the box saying I'm currently married, then I'm supposed to put "0" for how many times I've been married? I just got married. That doesn't count as having been married? Driving me nuts over thinking this one.

If I am not mistaken you put 1 for how many times you've been married, if you just got married and that's the only marriage so far. Please correct me if I'm wrong on this one. I agree that it's all unclear. You have no idea how many times I've read my forms before submitting it. Good luck on your case. 😊
