Weird, ours doesn't have the Priority Date filled in. Both the Priority Date and Preference Classification are left blank.

I'm wondering the same thing. Nothing on mine that says priority date. Only got notice date ( 07-12 ) and that's it. I wonder what that means.

I guess that's the day they finished your case and ordered your notice to be mailed to you. On ours, it says 07/05 Received and 07/07 Notice Date, which is the day we received that SMS and emails.

At least glad that it is not only me lacking that field.

Hi guys. I just checked USCIS website about the processing timelines and saw that my field office ( Phoenix, AZ ) is currently processing cases from October, 2016. How about yours?

I checked ours (Wichita KS) and it is currently processing August 28, 2016, but last updated May 31st. Which means roughly 9 months until they should be processing ours if things stay consistent.

The Philadelphia Field Office is processing them from the 24th October - however same deal, that's as of May 31st 2017.

It might be roughly the same for all of the field offices. We'll see in 9 months. Haha.

My guess is that priority date is established when I-130 is filed. So probably for most people in this thread their PD was established a long time ago and that is why it's not included in their current NOAs.

We mailed our packet on July 13th, delivered on July 16th and we've heard nothing so far either. Hopefully our packets are sitting in the office together and we'll hear something soon!

Hopefully :( I can't wait to hear something, I'll just be so happy! They're playing with our feelings! Hahaha

Question: I was reading on another thread that if you are filing an AOS from a K1 that you are often not asked to come in for an interview?

Is this true?

I know we had to prove our relationship for the K1 and my husband was asked questions about us during his interview in Sydney but I was under the assumption there would be another interview during the AOS process.

01/31/17.... K1 Visa Approved

02/03/17.... K1 Visa Received in Hand

06/05/17....Arrived in the USA (LAX)

06/24/17....Married on Cape Cod <3

07/10/17....Sent AOS package (I-485, I-131, I-765)

07/17/17.... AOS notice date for NOA1 (I-485, I-131, I-765)

07/21/17.... Received mailed hardcopies of NOA1s

07/29/17.... Biometrics Notice received in mail

08/01/17.... Biometrics Appointment AOS - complete (walked in)

08/07/17.... Biometrics Appointment EAD - complete (walked in)

10/23/17.... EAD/AP card delivered to house YAY!

I'm not sure what's their (USCIS) basis on not having an interview but I did hear some cases that they didn't need an interview. However, this is like 1 out of 10 cases if I am not mistaken. It would be so nice to not have the interview! But then again I don't see anything wrong on interviews as it is just questions about your bonafide marriage. What I can hope for right now is just a smooth and faster process.
