I had update on May 8. Interview is on June 14. So typically, I would say, it is roughly a month between notification and actual interview. I got my letter in less than a week

Do I say 'Yes'? If so, what do I say 'Renewal' on 'Disposition'.

Ugh, USCIS just loves messing with us at this point!

 

Friday night, at 11pm we get a message on our phones indicating an update in case status. Turns out it was the EAD case status indicating the card was delivered, about SIX MONTHS after it was delivered! Talk about getting your hopes up just to have them crushed.

Glad to see that I wasn't the only one! HOPEFULLY it means they are transferring our cases to the local office (meaning scheduling is imminent) and this was them tying up loose ends. Maybe I am too optimistic and it just means the computer caught a glitch.

So looks like it has been back up and now has new status,  I take that a date has been set and they will be mailing a letter now?    we were already preparing our EAD renewal and wife was even planning a 2 week trip back to China (would have been 2nd one on her Parole) this week, but I suggested not to go and just wait on the letter to see what day,  but I feel it would be best to wait till interview is over before she go visit China.

How long was the "no info" status. I have had it for 1 month now, and still nothing

Lasted about two months,  I called Tier 2 like twice.  they ended up digging up my old status before it which was " we are ready to schedule an interview"   now "we have scheduled an interview"

Mine is almost about 2 months as well. Called yesterday to confirm an information about my AP renewal and asked to check my I-485 status and it's still the same... wasnt a Tier 2 though but it's so frustrating by now

Hi there, I was able to call in today around 9am and got a call back at 2pm. I missed the call but 10mins later they call you back. I was easily transferred. Trying using the confirm the address on file. Tier 1 does not have that access so if you use Verify address, you will be directed to tier 2 in a heartbeat!  Try that! Also I will be renewing my husbands EAD/AP in July since his expires in Nov  still waiting for 485 interview.

Hi guys! My AOS application is pending as my case is still being scheduled for interview (Memphis office). My EAD/AP combo card is set to expire in November. I understand that I need to apply for the renewal 180 days before the expiry. What are the requirements for its renewal? Thank you in advance.

Hi! Thank you  I actually was able to speak to a Tier 2 quite a few times, the reason I had avoided asking for a transfer this last time is because they are probably sick of me by now hahaha but I will definitely try the address thing!
