You got a status update saying the date was mailed to you? Mine just says 'Interview Was Scheduled' - are you using the DHS website or the old USCIS case tracker one? 

 

I received the 'Interview was Scheduled' update on May 17th, so a day before you. 

I used https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do

And it is updated on my app on my phone as well, "USCIS APP"

 

Should I just request to speak to a Tier 2 right away when I call back?

Is the below the status you have? And yes - I would just request right away to speak to Tier 2. 

On May 17, 2018, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Yeah, I'm on the phone with a Tier 1 now and he wont patch me through to a Tier 2...

They can't stop you, just ask again - they have to do it as per their handbook. Make up some excuse they won't know the answer to. 'I want to ask a question about renewing my medical' or something

The Tier 1 still wouldn't transfer me through. He said to wait till Friday and if I don't receive something in the mail then call back and ask for a Tier 2...

I asked about renewing the medical too and he gave me standard bullshit answer :/

Guess I'll wait till Friday.

You filed in July. If the decision is gonna be made by interview date, your submitted medical record is still ok. Unless the IO requested for a new one during the interview, which he/she will inform you that you will receive a RFE for getting a new medical records before they can make the decision. Most likely it won't happen. Congratulations, looks like Philly might be a better choice for me compare to waiting in PHX... lol well I hope our case transfer smoothly and help fasten the process.

I called yesterday and the Tier 1 officer told me the exact same thing. I just called again now and a lady put me through, now waiting for a callback.  Call again and request to speak to a Tier 2 officer.

I'm a July filer as well and so far I've been having the 'We Are Ready to Schedule Your Interview' since August last year  

 

Anybody still on that boat? I've heard that contacting you Congressman doesn't really help at all. :/

Yup, my date is July 21, got an RFE, and “ready to schedule your interview” since Sept 21. I’m in Seattle.

This is really great! I'm also worried about my medical because I didn't send it with my packet in July. So the same happened to you? You called to inquire and they informed you that?

High-Five friend!! Hahaha Hopefully we will get ours soon! Mine is in San Fernando Valley in California and is so freaking slow. Also, VJ doesnt even have it listed in the Office list so I don't really have an idea of how the process is going for other people

@Adam&Allison NO! Still nothing. Although I called UsCIs today and on the machine that asks for my receipt number still says “RFIe was mailed”, I spoke to a real person and he said that I am in line for interview. That’s the only information he can give me. Sucks.
