I had the same status change. Somebody else who called them with the same issue says it’s a USCIS computer glitch. If you try to call them they will tell you it will be a very long wait to speak to an officer.

The same as you used but more reliable in my opinion

Thank you, I tried, they show me that it is ready for interview even we had it on March 8. If I won't get anything in the mail I will call

I am now getting the same "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information. "

But https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov

Does now give the old normal update of "we are scheduling your interview"  as of September 1st.

I have still yet tried to get a Tier 2 agent even at 6-8am each day,  but they say no more for the day.

I might do an online request again,  my last one was responded in December saying no interview yet.

LA City office is probably so behind?

it is definitely system glitch. It seems to show that thing to many people. Dont file an inquiry though. The date for inquiries right now for your city is May 16, 2016. They will just sent you a letter saying that your case is not outside the processing times.

Well some have missed interviews by status still saying will be scheduled and letter never came safely.  even still within processing times.    I know the field stations have processing time,  the old system format actually had cases of April 2017.    now the new format has of March 2016,  which I find odd.     Also general website says contact if over 120 days from I-485 submission?

Wasn't this for those, who came here with immigrant visas? For K visas it is way different. We are adjusting the status.

Well, seems like i have a plenty of time to prepare documents for my interview. I have no idea when its going to happen, but maybe you, guys would be able to give me couple of advises on what to do.

The story is this: they ask for any sort of evidence of joint finances. I have no SSN or ITIN. The absence of those does not allow me to open a bank account.  Also, we still have no any joint taxes. for the same reason.

Next, because my husband is traveling all over USA, we have not get a chance to get a rental contract. He hates visiting his family. So i only have picture of me and his parents, but not us all together. He included me as a beneficiary in his health insurance and military records. I can bring those. What other alternative documents i can provide, so the officer will be convinced its a bona fide ?

Correction to LA County,  now says November 15, 2015 cases being processed....  ouch....   But my first original online inquiry was not "outside processing times"  It was "did not receive notice in mail"  regarding interview and they did promptly inquire and a Tier 2 agent did look at it and send out a notice to me saying my interview still has not been scheduled.

It does not mean anything. It means that if your case was submitted before that date, you can file a SR. I doesnt mean they processing cases filed on November 2015

Thanks. But the problem is that my husband refuses use anything but USAA and American Express. He has concerns about his identity security (which I totally support) and uses trusted sources only.  There is no way he could open account anywhere else

If your hubby has existing bank account, has he tried calling the bank to inquire about possibility of adding your name to his existing bank accounts as well as perhaps "credit cards" ? I'd imagine with Marriage cert and Passport you MIGHT be able to do so, but I may be wrong since you don't have SSN. Anyway, you can explain your situation during the interview too...

Yeah. The main problem here is I was late when realized that my visa expired and couldn't get SSN. The main condition to add my name is SSN. My bad! Haha. Anyways, right now I am trying to put together at least that little amount of files that would have some value on interview
