Hello. I' m preparing all the papers to send to the embassy for my interview. I've got two questions:

_ They are requesting evidence of relationship again and want to see pictures. I know that I' m supposed to take proof of ongoing relationship (things to prove that we have been in contact since she went back to the US to start the paperwork: chats, Western Union tickets, etc), however, we don't have many more pictures that those that we already sent in the original package when we applied for the K1 (we sent around 10 pages of pictures). Am I supposed to send the embassy those same pictures when I apply for the interview?

_ There is a statement to be filled out, the one that says that I realize that no assurance can be given to me that I will get the Visa, etc, etc. In the package they sent me two statements, one in English and one in Spanish, which one am I supposed to send? or it doesn't matter? Also, when it says case number, is that the NVC number or the USCIS one?

Thanks!

At the K-1 stage, the beneficiary brings evidences of ongoing relationship to the embassy, not mailing them beforehand. If there are no new photos, just bring the same ones. If the CO ask, the beneficiary can always tell them there was no new meeting post-submission of the I-129F.

You can sign either version of the form.

As for case number, that's the NVC case number. The USCIS NOA1 number is a receipt number.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Thanks. I was confused since it said: "The appointment will not be scheduled until you send us copies of all the documents listed below" and Item 14 was "evidence of relationship". I don't need to send them anything then regarding that, just take it to the interview.

It also mentions previous passports. I only need to take those as well to the interview, not send them beforehand, right?
