I-751 July 2017 Filers

I'm 2017 July i751 (waiver) filer too. I applied in California Service Center. I just checked my status on the below two sites,

 

1. https://egov.uscis.gov/
2. https://my.uscis.gov/

The first one says, 

 

On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

 

The second site says,

 

 

February 26, 2018

We received your case

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will begin processing your case and will review it to make sure you have submitted all of the required information and documents. We will let you know if we need anything else from you.

If you do not receive your notice by March 28, 2018, send us a case inquiry and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.

If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.

 

I have also contacted my attorney, she says it may looks like the case is going for an interview. But I have to wait until March 28 or I hear back from USCIS.

Updated processing time for removal of conditions 😥

I have two quick questions. I think I know the answers but I want to be sure.

 

1. The extension letter grants 1 year from the date the letter was issued or is it 1 year from the moment my conditional green card expired? (Got letter in July, green cars expired September). 

 

2. I'm currently in Germany (Military spouse). I can't go to any local Uscis offices for a new extension letter - do I have to send some form to Uscis or go to local US embassy? Thought I really hope I will have ROC approves by then.

Look at the specific wording on your extension letter.

So this morning I popped in to see the latest and greatest....and I happened to read several April 2017 filers are getting approved.  Haven't followed other months....just trying to keep inner peace within.

 

That being said and with our "if you haven't heard anything from us by March 28, 2018" as noted on our most recent "transferred to local office" e notice when looking online....just how are you proceeding?  Are you contacting them?

I have a question about the updated processing time portal. Before, it showed they were reviewing cases from the end of February 2017 and now it went back to December 2016. Do you guys know why? Thanks

according to uscis,  current processing time is more accurate

I totally forgot that there is that March 28th date on the letter!! I am travelling home for a few days, will probably call them when I'm back. I don't know if calling will do much since the processing time is over a year, but hey they told me to contact so I will contact! I'll report back what they tell me.

I checked the processing times for I-751 in Field Offices it says estimated range is 21.5 months to 46.5 months. Is this true? or it depends on how busy your local office is?

I called USCIS to verify if my case has been transferred and she said yes. And I asked what office, and she said local office close to where I live. And I asked her again if it's not it CSC anymore, she said its not there anymore.

 

That's why I went on the processing times for field office and was so shocked to see the estimated range. 

 

 

And also, does it mean we're going for an interview?
