Yes those are the  two numbers I’m using on the biometrics receipt - the CRI-89 and I-751. And also, try checking the one on your Extension letter.

Nope. Its a different one. The one on my original extension letter is not the same as the one on my biometrics letter. I was only able to pull the 2 numbers on my bio letter. The original extension letter number when I inputted was not found. I am going by the bio letter 2 numbers as those are valid.

The original extension letter shows number related to I-751 . . . right?

And the bio letter shows number related to I-751 and a second number related to CRI-89 . . . right?

Look to the left under Case Type on the bio letter, and it shows I-751 - CRI-89 . . . right ?

Then the two case numbers are listed a little  further over to the right.  The first is for the I-751 (which should be exactly the same as on your extension letter which is related to the I-751) and the second is for the CRI-89.

Just talked to a tier 1 and they said it was odd that my original NOA 1 case number was different then the one on my Bio letter. A tier 2 officer will call me back to confirm that the on one my bio letter is the correct one and not the one on my original letter of extension.

Today I could see diferent information and redaction about my I-751

 

 One way here https://my.uscis.gov/account (More detailed, they tell  you about a mail confirmation)

 

 and different here https://www.uscis.gov (Just the perpetual story about.. Your case has been transferred to....),

All,.. I went  & created a login. I entered the WAC# that was on the Extension Letter and it showed 3 entries

1) jul 21 2017 basically receipt of my i751

2) feb 25 2018 & 3) feb 26 2018  - these were the same that they are reviewing and if I have not received a notification by Mar 28, send them an inquiry. 

 

Nothing about being transferred to local office.    

 

One time when I spoke to a Tier2 person, I was given a WAC# that, I suppose,  would be on my bio letter and added to myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov but that too did not yield anything different from the above. 

 

Those whose I751 was received same time as me , are you guys still waiting for bio letter ? It is kind of disheartening to hear of people who submitted after us got  their biometric letter/ did fingerprints  and/or even got an interview. - I am glad for them but I got to wonder what is going on with ours?

I'm fairly confused at the inconsistencies too.

 

I am a July filer (July 17, 2017) at CSC (I'm in New Mexico). Received my bio appointment letter at the end of July, for an appointment August 8th... and then nothing until my status changed to "blah blah local office, February 26th". Granted, my "local" office was closed from February 26th - March 06th because they moved buildings.. So who knows.

We were greatly surprised and didn't expect this for another 6-9 months.  The letter is dated Feb 28, and yet, the online status says that our case was transferred to our local office on March 4.  Seems backwards.

Can you confirm as u said you applied ( I-751 )in July 2017 and you got your approval  for 10 year GC in March 2018 ??

Yes, we can confirm this (I-751) July 2017 filer.  Our attorney confirmed this with her own contact with USCIS, but she was surprised as well.  Oddly, our USCIS.gov status still says our files were transferred to our local office on March 4, and yet the approval date on the written paper says it was approved February 28, 2018.  But, the other site at my account.uscis.dhs.gov shows it approved.  No word on green card production, but we'll keep updating our timeline every step of the way.  Ever since Monday when we received the approval in the mail, we were hoping many of you would also receive approval as well.  Although we are happy, we want everyone here to have the same happiness so we will continue to follow all of your timelines.
