It won't show up in a checking account like a check would.

There is a receipt number on the MO, call the number and it lets you know if the MO is still outstanding or if it was cashed.

I also sent mine off July 5th. Based on some of the June timelines, it looks like often the check isn't cashed until after the NOA is already sent -- in some cases, the check appears to be cashed on the same day the NOA arrives in your mailbox. So we might get mail before we see the funds transfer. Hopefully by the end of this week we hear something one way or another!

Hello everyone. 

I sent my file on Wednesday 07/05/17 and USCIS received it on Friday 07/07/17. Still waiting for the check to be cashed and NOA1. 

I will keep everyone updated.

I remember reading somewhere several months ago that when we submit ROC that we should include the words  "ORIGINAL SUBMISSION" in our cover letter (if, in fact, it is our original submission).

 

But now, I can't find where this requirement is stated.

 

Anyone know ?

I didn't state original submission on my cover letter just the bullet points that was included in our package so they can find things easier. As long as it's the original document for i751 u shouldn't have an issue

Handed everything to my attorney today. She is gonna review it and have it sent out by the end of the week. Hopefully will receive the first notice soon. Good luck to all July filers.

I sent my package on 7/1/17 they got it on 7/5/17 and I got the I-797 Notice of Action on 7/10/17 which extends my status for a year. I guess I will wait for biometrics.

Hi Everyone, 

 

I sent our package 7/1/17, they got it 07/06/17 - Notice of Action Date : 07/06 - Received it 07/11 (today) and saw that they have encashed our check today as well. I'm from HI so CSC is processing my case. Praying for speedy processing for all of us. Mahalo!
