No news for any of us; but, we plan to ask our state senator to call on our behalf.  We've done this twice before and although we are told that a Senator cannot speed things up, for us, we received action pretty quickly.  We are waiting until six months after filing our papers, so January will be the month we will start this action.  Maybe nothing will happen, but at least it's another contact to have on our side.

Are you  talking about expecting a final decision, or just bio appointment or what??

If you are talking about the final decision . . . you are dreaming and deluding yourself.

Look at those who filed a year before us in July 2016 and follow that thread.

That will give you an idea of the timing.  Hardly any of them were approved before a full year, and there are several still waiting.

No one who filed July 2017 should be expecting to see anything until July - November of 2018.

To think otherwise is just to give yourself undue anxiety, headaches, etc.

Enjoy life for another 9 months or so.

Then would be the time to start heart attacks, ulcers, etc.

Uscis received my documents on July 26 and after about one month,I called the service center to inform them that I only received an extension of my perm. residence for one year and that I have not received a letter for my biometrics.Few weeks later I received a letter from uscis informing me that they can used my fingerprint I did when I got my 2yrs perm.resid. to process my removal of condition.  To cut the long story short,I have not done biometrics and the letter that was sent to me simply stated that I may not be needing one..

Has anymore experience such situation.

So after my SECOND time filing a service request on the phone... this is the email I just got...

Thank you for your inquiry regarding an appointment to have your biometric images processed at an Application Support Center (ASC).  Please know that your name has been electronically added to the appointment scheduler.  You will receive an ASC Appointment Notice by mail once an appointment date has been established for you.“

are you f*#¡%g kidding me?????? Same exact stuff they sent months ago!

Can anyone explain what an InfoPass appointment is?

My husband and I filed at the end of July 2017, same as many of you on this thread. We filed an inquiry and all we got was a new copy of our initial NOA1. Sigh. We also got an email that said something like "we're experiencing longer than average delays..." etc. We're fine waiting until next year for the Green Card to process, but we're both getting anxious that we've heard NOTHING about the biometrics appointment. Any advice?

TOday I got the letter in the mail saying that they are able to reuse my biometrics and that I do not need to appear at a ASC for the biometrics appointment. Took 4 months for them to say that... but... I’ll take it!

The phone number is on the website: 1-800-375-5283 and then follow the prompts. You can also try asking immediately for a Tier II rep when you get a person.

for the address change, you should be able to request it online: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do

Me too. Today I called again to hear that yeah nothing scheduled.  Jul 21 or so, they received my 751. In Sept I called twice to get an update; on 9/22 they opened a 'request' to have my name put on the schedule. 10/14 I received email to say what was requested on 9/22 was  done however, longer than normal waiting time blah blah and when scheduled, I will get a letter.  Now today, 2 mths later ( or 4 mths later depends from when you are counting), still waiting to get a biometrics letter.  I believe that they won't be able to re-use my last fingerprints as it has been more than 15mths ( last time fingerprints were done was for the AOS process and that was early 2016).
