I just called and was allowed to file a request on my missing ASC Bio metrics (I called on 9/1 and was not given option to do so). It's very frustrating to not have tracking on this! I know there are waits on everything, but anxiety goes up when you aren't sure if they letter was lost in the mail or just delayed. Hoping I get the letter soon!

We did this today too!

I called the 1-800-375-5283 number and used the menu prompts as though I'd lost our case/receipt number (I figured this would be the quickest way to reach a real person).  Once I got the real person on the phone, they suggested we file a form to say we still haven't received our biometrics letter and want to know what's going on.  They added this note/form to our file and said we should hear via email within 15 days. Sigh. I guess they are backed up. But this stinks.

At least the representative was kind and easy to work with! Not what I was expecting, honestly. :)

Good luck and prayers for patience for all of us!

All that we are and all that will be we dedicate to the One who brought us together

Probably it could be arranged to have your passport processing stretched out to match with your wife's greencard processing . . . to make the timing closer for fairness !!  :-)

Not really.  Town leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to cracking down crime.  All depends on where you live.

There are good parts of town.  There are bad parts of town.  And there are farmland parts of town.  And all three area's have to share the walmart lol

I got an email today that told me nothing. It says that when they receive your application they automatically will put you in the queue for ASC Biometrics. But nothing to confirm that they have, the receipt number that actually is tracked in their system, or confirmation that the letter was mailed.

This is really frustrating. I will be continuing to call. I wonder what is the best thing to say when you call in? I've tried asking for the status and then point blank saying my biometrics letter is missing.. that clearly isn't getting the info I need.

All I want to do is settle in for my long wait knowing that the biometrics letter wasn't returned to sender and voided my application! Is that so much to ask for??:blink:

Sooo... my noa1 was dated 07/24. And I filed for a service request on 08/25 which got answered on 09/06 saying "we're  experiencing longer delays". It's been 3 weeks since that email.

My friend who filed a month after me already got her biometrics appointment. What the hell is going on there?? I really hope I'm part of those people that do not need the biometrics taken

Did you see my last update? I called last friday and the tier2 person put in a request for the CSC to schedule appointment for me ( isn't that what I am waiting for all this time? :-) ) but the good thing that came out of it is that I was given a receipt number that I can track online . This receipt number should be what is on my Biometrics letter.

Yes there is always that fear,eh? (. letter was lost/ returned and whatnot and they think that you voided the application.).
