Hello July filers. I want to introduce ourselves. We sent our I-751 out back on June 2nd. However, USPS lost all the contents except for the I-751 packet. We received a rejected I-751 on July 1st. I was hoping CSC would keep our original receipt date of 6/27/17, but our NOA came today for our second package, and the receipt date is 7/6/17. So I guess this means that we are July filers instead of June filers. We had to file 90 days prior to 9/1/17, we are still in the "window" but disappointed about our first package.

My wife is US citizen. After arrival in US, We changed our address one time. I already filled the AR11 online form when I changed the address and also got confirmation of AR11.

 

Now I am submitting my I-751,

 

I just read the I-865 must be filed within 30 days of change of address.

For us it is almost 1 and half year.

 

What should we do :

 

1 : Can we send now ?

2 : Can we call USCIS ?

1: File AR11 (If address change by petitioner)

2: File I-865 (If address change by Sponsor)

3: File I-751 (90 days before GC expire).

Hi all! I had to make a new account because I lost the login from before  when we did AOS. Anyway! We mailed our I-751 packet off last week July 5th and it was received according to USPS on Friday July 7th. I sent a money order for the amounts but as of today they are still outstanding. Not sure if sending a money order causes a delay? Hoping to see something good in my mail box this week!

I totally forgot about doing this as well, since I just realized the mistake I didn't want to have multiple documents out there when I filed our I-751 so I just left it alone. Hopefully it won't be an issue, all our documents have the new address and we only moved one time.

How will you know when a money order is cashed?

It won't show up in a checking account like a check would.
