Hi guys! I posted here once and just wanted to follow up. 

So my papers were received by Californian office on July 21, and I never got an NOA1. I called them 10 days ago and was told that everything was fine, it's just my luck I guess, they just finally started working on the case, gave me WAC number (which doesn't work online btw), and I needed to expect an NOA1 within a couple of days.

Well, nothing. I called them again yesterday. Now another rep tells me my NOA notice was sent out same day it was received, on July 21, too bad I didnt get it, ha? No biometrics were scheduled yet. Filled out the request for a copy of NOA1, have to wait for 21 days. Amazed by service. 

So just for those who are nervous about not coming biometrics letter- it can be worse sometimes:))

I'm sorry to hear this, this must be really stressful. :( If your number doesn't work online then it must be the receipt number of your NOA1 - there are two different numbers on the NOA1 and on the biometric appointment notice. The number on the biometric appointment notice is the one you can check your online status with. I hope you will receive your NOA1 soon!

CLMike, the last three persons on the VSC listing are not in the correct date order.

I can't correct it because apparently you locked most of the spreadsheet; and for good reason I understand.

I have OCD and this is causing me a lot of anxiety !!!  :-)

So could you please use INSERT row command and put them in the correct place?

Thanks for your big help so that I can save the Valium for other events.

Hello,

I received my biometrics letter yesterday with notice date of 8/18. I guess it took almost one and a half week for me to receive the letter. I have my fingerprints on September 5th.

 

Can someone please update the spreadsheet under VSC - MB2017 with above mentioned information.

I think VSC and CSC give those letters to employees to drop off in mailboxes on their way home from work.

But then some of them stop off at taverns along the way and forget to mail the letters.

Later, they see the letters when they vacuum their cars in a week or so, and then mail the letters.

Also, sometimes mailmen/women get tired of delivering, so stack the mail up at their house.

Cases have been reported in news where several years of mail have been found at their homes.

My wife filed on July 24th and has yet to receive her biometric letter. I tried calling and their support line has changed since the last time I had to do this (2 years ago). You can use the receipt number to check the status of the case, but it wasn't recognized. My wife is currently on vacation and is freaking out (totally understand) that she won't get the letter or some mail mishap will cause her to miss the appointment. I'm not sure what else to do for her. :(

Its been 35 days since we received noa1 dated July 24th and no sign of biometric letter. How long does it usually take after noa1? Should we worry?

Can you add me on to the list, I filed in CSC Mailed my I751 on 7/20, NOA1 received on 8/01 and no Biometrics letter yet. When I received my NOA1, they did not include my apartment number on the letter

 

I called them today since it is over 30 days and was given no info (I didn't try to escalate to Tier II). I asked about updaing my address and was told I have to make an infopass appointment which did not seem right to me either.

 

Starting to get worried that my biometrics is not here yet.
