USPS informed delivery is showing immigration related mail for my wife today.  Hopefully it's the bio metric appointment notification.  I'll know more this afternoon.

I-129F Date: September 24th 2013
I-129F delivered (via USPS update): September 27th 2013 4:40 am
Check cashed: 10/2/2013 
NOA1 email: 10/2/2013
NOA1 hardcopy arrived: 10/7/2013

Alien registration number recieved: 10/21/2013
NOA2 email: 11/7/2013  only 37 days between NOA1 and NOA2...

USCIS shipped I-129F approved petition to NVC: 12/9/2013
NVC receives petition: 12/17/2013

NVC ships petition to London embassy: 12/19/2013

Hello,

I am also approaching 30 days and have not received Biometrics letter yet. My submitted my application on July 29th. Can someone please advise when should I call USCIS to raise an inquiry?

Actually I am wrong, we sent our package on July 21st and NOA1 is dated July 24th... I am starting to stress out, because I am going to be gone in 2 weeks for quite a while for training. ugh I think I am going to call them.

Oh ok, so our NOA1 dates are 2 days apart. My case is at CSC too. A lot of us late July filers are still waiting but I'm also starting to get stressed about this. :clock:

Noa1 dated 13th july and no biometrics appt still, i called yesterday morning, the representative  put a request on my file and said i should wait for 2wks., she also said not everyone requires biometrics, and i could be one of them🤔. i really don't wanna bother myself so much as long as i have an extention. Vermont is my center

May I ask what how did you get to talk to a live person fast?

 

This is what I have seen in another topic:

 

"Call the USCIS tele.# And choose the 1 for english or 2 for spanish. the in this sequence push these options. 2-2-6-2-4 Use these options everytime you are prompted."

 

Did you use this method or you have a different one?

So... I just called them. The sequence I used was 1 (english) 2-2-2 and I had someone on the phone immediately!

they submitted a service request, now gotta wait.. they have 15 days to respond. She said there was not a biometrics letter sent, so I know it wasn't lost or anything.

I sent out my packet on 7/24, NOA1 on 8/1, Biometric Appointment letter is not here with me yet. I am a little stressed out too. Want to know what is happening.
