Yesterday I got a letter from the USCIS stating that my application to remove conditions has been approved! It was a bit of a relief since I was expecting an RFE (we only sent a few bank statements & a couple of joint leases)

Weird thing is when I check my.uscis.gov it still shows "Case Was Received At My Local Office"

Good luck everybody, they're obviously getting through July's applications (at least at VSC)

Omg! Congrats!!!

Your green cards do not seem to be processed in order based on the code. I suspect they are given to agents who handle them based on the month, and they work on cases randomly for that month. I have had people 2 months after me be approved. Also, it may depend on the complexity of your case and how well organized your evidence is and history you have. I finally got approved and my card is expected Monday. Nobody can really tell.

Just want to update you guys on my case.

CSC filer here.

I filed mid-July 2017 and status changed to New Card Is Being Produced yesterday. I filed N400 this past June and had combo interview this week. It definitely pushed it to be approved.

The specific dates can be found on my timeline.

our timelines are almost the same, we have the N400 interview Nov 20th, may I ask did they tell you before hand there would be a combo interview and how long did the ROC interview take and what did they ask,

ROC Filed July 2017

No, they didn't tell me that there would be a combo interview. The IO wasn't even aware that we had pending ROC when we showed up on the interview day. After telling him that we have pending ROC, he said he would do a combo interview. But my spouse wasn't invited to any of the interviews. Just me and him.

ROC probably took 5 mins and asked me my name, spouse name, our bday, where we live, how we met.That's it.

Guys what happened if I get divorce with a roc pending??? I'm confused because my lawyer toll me that if a get divorce and if the uscis ask for more evidence we have to send a waiver i751 and we start at the beginning again.
