by the way, we submitted a service request on october 6th as to why it was taking so long. not sure if that had anything to do with the approval

I went back to look and I actually submitted the service request on 9/29/18 and they responded on October 6th by email. I wanted to see if my case was actually at CSC. The letter was addressed from the Laguna Miguel office.

So I just log on and it said my card was mail but there is no tracking number..Is there a way you can see the address its ship to because we moved and updated my address but you just never know with uscis
