Mailed i-751 on 7/6/2017 (Vermont Processing Center). Check cashed on 7/13/2017. GC expires 8/10. I still haven't received the NOA (live in DC). Should I be worried? I'm beginning to get nervous!

Hello, A_B,

We have exactly the same timeline: send on 7/6, check cashed 7/13 and GC expire 8/10... but I received my NOA1 three days ago. Maybe you should call them Tuesday if you didn't received anything before.

And I don't think you should be worried: they cashed your check, I think that's mean you are in the system. Your mail is maybe delayed (or lost or back to VSC?) Is there your name on your mailbox? I know once, USPS refused to put an official letter in mine because there was no name on it. But yes, since the NOA is our 1 year green card extension, I would be nervous too!

Thanks for the helpful response, Mimikado. I don't have a name on my mailbox but have had USCIS mail delivered before.  Hopefully it will show up soon. If not, I'll call Tuesday. Thanks again.

Is CR1 expiry date separate from Green card expiry date ?

In I-751 from Page 1 Item 14 :

Conditional Residency expire on (mm/dd/yyyy) :

Which date we have to fill :

The expiry date written in passport or expiry date written in Green Card ?

The CR1 was a visa. The expiry date they want is the one on your Green Card.
