Another VSC filer. Received an 18 month extension letter last week. Just got another update today that the new card is being produced.

Don't feel bad I am also waiting.  I have stayed silent for the most part but I filed on behalf of my wife on 25 July 2017, VSC, Pittsburgh or Philadelphia is my local office, it is now 28 days till her extension letter expires and I am still waiting.

The same case with me,a few cases before me and after me were approved,but not me. VSC JUL 3. 2017

And a few minutes ago I got a message the same as a month and a half ago:

We are still reviewing your case and there no updates at this time. We last took action on your case on August 2. 2018.

What do you mean? I follow the case tracker app and as I said many cases before and after me it was approved,but only 3 to 4 cases daily.

If you don't mind , can I ask you. Does your case status also says " received at local office " and do the case history ever shows any action they took on your case.  Mine is just freezed at " case was received at local office." Nothing in the history except the change of address .NOA 8/10.

They’re all froze at “case received at local office”. The updates that we received is to our email from @USCIS.DHS.GOV but on the website nothing has changed.
