Yes, I sent the application to VSC.  In February, I was transferred to my local field office, but this was glitch.  They did not receive anything.   I got one extension letter that expires this October 3, so I got approved just in time.

Wow isn't that wonderful. Congrats. Pray for us please . I'm sick and tired of All this waiting

would be so nice if there were different threads for July fillers divided to Vermont and California fillers, as well as the ones that applied for n400 and those who didn’t.

Every time I read someone from Vermont getting approved I’m getting happy for them but on the same time I’m getting bitter too 😑

I remember the service centers getting split up when I did my K1 for the same reason. One was much faster than the other and people were getting frustrated. For me, this part of the process is a lot less stressful. I'm already here in the US. It's not like I am waiting on these approvals to uproot my life and move to a new country. The only annoying thing to me is that I have to keep an eye on the case, make sure I don't miss an RFE or interview request, etc etc. and I do worry about traveling. I have my my stamp now, but worried if I travel somewhere and then I get called for an interview.

Don't worry too much about other people getting approvals. They don't do it in order and there is not a lot we can do to speed things up. And just think, there are thousands of applications send in the month of July. We are just seeing a tiny sample of that on here. Even though it feels like everyone is getting approvals, there are so many people still waiting that applied around this time too.

exactly!!!  hence is why I chose to keep busy in other ways.  @Girl from Celebes said it best in a post long ago when she referenced a ton of things she does to keep her mind off VJ.

U are absolutely right, but in my case because I’m in an out the country multiple times a day (I’m a flight attendant) they are always giving me a hard time about the extension letter or go and get my fingerprints (I have to leave my crew and go to the immigration office get my fingerprints done and then go back to the plane while crew gets cleared at the plane most of the time). It’s too much 😭

Nope, all good.  Skin is thicker than you think.

This process has us all on edge.

Gotta let it go....it will drain you if you don't.

You know it. Coming and reading every day ( got to read every day or it will be too much to go through) still is stressful as you see someone doing/getting  something that you did not do/get then you start to worry about that. ARRGGH

Learned to be like a duck and let things roll right off back when I filed for I-130.

Watching others who filed months (like I mean 5-8 months) soar past me only made me bitter and doubtful.  Not good feelings.

The most productive thing to do was to 'let it go'.

And I did.

There is nothing one can do about this process but wait.
