Hi guys,

I just received my NOA-1 today from VSC.

I tried to add my receipt number on the USCIS website (my case status at https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do) but it tell me it doesn't exist... for the ones who do that, can you access to your case status?

NOA1 reciept number doesn't work . Sounds confusing, but.. . You should wait for your ASC Notice (biometric appointment). There will be 2 numbers - current one, that you already see on your NOA1, and another one. That "another one" will be your actual case number, which you can track.

Ho... I thought the EAC number on my NOA was the tracking number!

Thank you for your answer Ksenia_O, I appreciate that :)

Update.

Packet was returned due to signatures.

USCIS says I the green card holder listed on page one was supposed to sign on page 7.  My wife the US citizen was supposed to sign on page 8.

We mailed it back today with the instructions given by them.

I hope this time it goes right.

Where do I see my updates? Do you get an email once package is received & approved?

Aside from using your mail tracking number to make sure it was delivered, I'm pretty sure we can't get any online updates until we receive the biometrics appointment notice. We can't even use our NOA receipt number to track the case, we have to wait for a DIFFERENT receipt number that's on the biometrics letter and then we can track updates.

Glad your pacgkage made it safe to USCIS ;)

Sooo. You've submitted just 2 bank statements, one for each... not ALL for entire time of your marriage, or at least, quarterly statements .  Am I reading your I-751 content correct?

And the same about car insurance if you don't mind me asking - have you sent just the latest one?...

Two different banks (Wells Fargo, TD Bank) statements, most recent, same as I did with the I-485.

I-485 and I-751 - two different processes, and different  things are requested.  During ROC they actually want to see the statements for the entire time of your marriage. Or at least since a green card received...

but anyway - it's been already sent.

Good luck with your immigration journey!!!

I would count 6 days from the day they received it, for them to cash out the check/money order. So lets say they receive it this thursday, I would say next tuesday they should have cashed out the check. 6 days its the average waiting period. But, everyone is different, it can take sometimes up to three weeks. Good luck.
