From what my friend told me , her case hasn’t even change online, she just received the approval letter on the mail out of the blue.

A couple days ago she received her extension letter. I received it first (July filler) and she received it a day after. She is a June 8th California filler. So let’s hope that next month we ll all get some good news!

@RubenMX Congratulations, it leaves the rest of us CSC filers hopeful. As far as your current predicament is concerned, call USCIS and ask them about your card. Also contact the local post office and inquire about the same.

I do not know what document will be ... or if it's the green card, thank you

Hi im new by the way i just wanned to share u guys that im a cscapplicant and i send my petition.  On 07/15/17  I didn’t recive any biometrics appoiment, or interview, however i think my application has been approved....

Application Type: I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

On June 4, 2018, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until December 1, 2018. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by December 1, 2018, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Everyone was quick to assume it was an approval.

But i was a little skeptical because if you look at the words. "we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE".

Why would they ask you to re-file the I-751 if this is an approval? this just doesnt make sense to me.

To me this looks more like an RFE.

I tried to keep in  touch with Xfiles to find out what the notice was but ever since they got the notice, they stopped it patticipating in this forum.

I guess it could be an approval but im just skeptical.

Good luck and please let us know.

Also please dont disappear like they did :D

Hello Fellows,

I got sick in my last job because my former employer made me work over 14 hours per day. (I was salaried). I did as much I could but I ended up in the hospital sick for stress and anxiety. My doctor put me in disability and now I am concern about how disability could affect my green card status or even removing conditions.

If somebody could show me some guidance about, should I stop receiving this benefit? Are we able to get disability when we are sick as green card holders?

Thanks.
