Can we submit additional evidence after I-751 has already been submitted? (NOC received late july, 2017). My husband and I (the applicant) are about to buy our first home (yay!) and I was wondering if that would be a significant update to send...

I would bring it to interview if there is any or send it if they request more documents. I would definitely add that to N400 application. If you applied online you can add files anytime

congrats on your home!!! that's a big step. I am not sure if you can submit the evidence, but for sure, if you get called for an interview, I would bring the title of the house.

CSC filers are now receiving the 18mth extension letter so, yours is potentially in the mail. They are dated 8/11/2018.  Good luck

We are VSC  July 10, 2017 filers and my husband got his 10 year green card last month (July 10, 2018) and still received his 18 month extension letter last week so I know they must be issuing letters for both VSC and CSC filers.

Hi all,

Just wanted to follow up on our status. My husband received a new NOA letter extending his green card for another 6 months.  I have been ferociously trying to get a info pass appointment for the "stamp" everyone has been talking about that will extend my husbands green card.  The new extension letter basically says that it overrides the original extension letter which added another year of validity to his GC, now it will have an additional 6 months. Still crossing our fingers that his GC will come sooner than later and long before this new extension is up.  Also, as of 4/8/2018 our I-751 application packet has "arrived at the local office for an officer to review", I am assuming in Manhattan but not exactly sure.  Have any of you received this update on your USCIS case status and if so was it in April as well?

I have seen that link earlier and I am kind a confused so posted it here.

Is the i797C that I got is my official extension letter? Can anyone with the 18 months extension letter tell me if they got the same one or it stated i797. I remember I saw one in this thread whose 18 month extension letter has i797.

I just got my 18 months extension today, my application for the removal of conditional status was 7/27/17

Hello,

can you please tell me if your extension letter has i797 or i797C on it?

my 18 month extension letter has i797C and states that "This notice does not grant any immigration status or benefit".

I am a bit confused with this. Pleas let me know if your letter states the same or if I am missing anything.

That is the 18 month extension.  It extends the expiration date on your Green card for 18 months....
