My case was updated today.. beware any July fillers who'd get the Appeal was Dissmised update or whatever. Probably a system glitch. Shame because I thought I got approval update. 😛

I got a very strange update. From April 9, they made my date July 30. As in, we received your case on July 30 .... Not sure if they are woking on my case now or is it just a BS update. anyone else had this issue?

Yeah I have the same update also under my case history with the July 30th date. Then after that I got Appeal was dissmised mystery update.

What does that mean? I hope they are in the process of reviewing our application and hope they'll approve it soon. Let me know if you hear anything. I will call them tomorrow morning to confirm everything is alright. Have you applied for N400?

I also got a similar update. From April 9th, they made my date to July 18th 2018 for “We received your case”. Have no clue with this means. My initial filing date is July 3rd 2017.

My file was received on July 17th 2017 , I do not remember when was the biometrics, but shortly after. The next update was May 9th, stating that" the case was transferred to my local office". Today I got a another update; "The card is being produced".

No, not yet. my conditional residence extension expires in September.

Have you applied for naturalization yet? I am a July 10th 2017 filer and I applied for naturalization on july 3 2018. Not sure if they plan to schedule a combined interview soon

My wife arrive back from the Philippines late Saturday Night.  When the flight from Manila landed at Vancouver BC< Canada's airport she got off the plane to go to the US Immigration Facility to clear immigration before the flight to New York.  She was asked to physically present her green card and extension letter.  TSA / Immigration were polite and professional but asked if he she new the extension letter expires Oct 24, 2018.  Wifey told them she knew it did and she was cleared to enter the USA and re boarded the Philippine Airline's flight to John F Kennedy Airport in New York City.

 

After landing every passenger came off the plane I am standing there waiting and waiting when I get a text message that Philippine Airlines lost her suit case.  She them came out tired and exhausted but other wise she was well.

 

Now I am waiting for a green card and a suit case

Hi everyone. Tomorrow is the official year anniversary of my ROC application. Still no news; just patiently waiting like everyone else. I didn't get any of that glitch status update.

 

@Bob1963 sorry to hear about the suitcase & glad they were polite about the extension letter question.

Last Wednesday was the one year anniversary of them receiving the paper work and still no word.  Aug 24 will be the one year anniversary of her Biometrics

Yes, applied online for naturalization on July 4th, and took my biometrics on July 25th. Still no response on ROC yet.

This is probably why the VSC cases haven't been moving.
