I gave first part of her CRI89 number which is EAC 17213.  Your answer refers to the digits after those first 5, which I never specified or questioned.

I filed for my citizenship yesterday. Still no news on my ROC. Fingers crossed that it gets approved before I get scheduled for an interview.

Thank you. I applied online based on 3 years of marriage and received a notice for biometrics 4 days after.

I don't see any harm in filling that out. I travel a lot so I had about 18 trips listed in the last 5 years. It took a while but I'd rather do it than get an RFE and delay the process.

Answer: 

Don’t leave it blank, as that could be assumed that you left it incomplete. Just put “0” or “None” for each of them so that they know you actually completed that section of the form.

3 years of marriage. My window for filing opened yesterday so I submitted it online yesterday.

Yes, because I went to Canada two years ago. If it doesn't apply to you then you don't need to fill it out. If you file online, you answer the questions prompted then at the end, the system will fill out the form for you. It will give you a furnished copy at the end before you pay.
