The G-325A is no longer required as it has been incorporated into the I-129F form. If you haven't already used the new form, you should download it from the USCIS website.

Are you the Malaysian beneficiary? If you are, check your birth certificate. Parents' age should be there so you do the math.

Whether you're still in touch with them or not, their details still need to be provided in the relevant fields. You'll be asked for your parents' details again in the DS-160 at the K-1 stage.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Yes the K1 visa guide on VJ is outdated. The G-325A is no longer required, as that information is now covered in the new I-129F form. Additionally the filing fee has increased from $340 to S535. Most of the info in the guide regarding additional documents (proof of US citizenship, evidence of meeting, ect.) is still correct. There is no guide for the new I-129F form here on VJ, but I find the instruction sheet on the USCIS website very helpful and of course these forums are also helpful in answering any questions you may have.

The latest forms can be found here on the USCIS website:
