I went through RapidVisa and my packet was sent on May 4th 2017 the texas lockbox recieved it May 5th i recieved my Noa1 via text on May 8 2017 and was told it was transfered to California Service Center for processing. As of july1st 2017 it has been 51 days now according to the USCIS APP from the play store. Both me and freselyn are waiting on Noa 2 as i write this, this nerve racking just waiting and the uscis web site has not been update since april 30th.

Yes, it can be nerve racking, but so far well within the normal processing window.  Just take some deep breaths, relax, and the government will get to it at their normal glacial pace.

Average waiting for NOA2 right now is 3-5 months. They should be moving onto April petitions in a few days, though that's no guarantee a case is going to be touched.

It takes an average of 3 months from NOA1 to NOA2. It's not May applications' turn for adjudication yet, which is only bound to begin around August 2017. If they are not bogged down, maybe even starting end of July 2017. Could be later. There's no certainty in this process. You just need to be patient.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
