Is There A Late Filing Fee For AOS?

It took a little while, but we are finally ready to file her AOS. I wasn't expecting it to be $1,225, so it took a minute to save that up. Anyhoo, her 90 days on her K-1 VISA have passed. We were married well within the time though. Now that we are ready to file, someone mentioned to us that there is a late fee. I could not find that on the USCIS website. Does anyone know if this is true, and if so, how much?

No there's no late fee. She's just out of status and deportable. So file a.s.a.p :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

If they got married within the 90 days on entry the aos process doesn't change, no matter how long it passed
