Hi all! Is there anyone with updated fee payment. AOS has been in process for the last 2 weeks and the other one still shows Pay now, even if the payment went through. Last week a person on the phone told me our case has been reported to a supervisor and the payment has been under review, but nothing after this.

Our IV fee still shows In Process. Called NVC today, and the rep said that they were having issues processing payments and that it was only resolved on Friday. They said if it says In Process we're fine, but if it does (and it might) switch to Pay Now, to check if they payment has cleared your account. If not, pay again. We'll keep checking on the status this week.

13-Mar-18 - POE

27-Apr-18 - Green card received

13-Jan-20 - Mailed out I-751 packet

15-Jan-20 - NOA date

12-Feb-20 - Biometrics appt completed; Status: Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken

07-Oct-20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

06-Jul-21 - Interview scheduled

Ours for sure went through, the money were deducted from the bank account. But still says "Pay now". I've been calling every day, also my husband bugs them all the time.

What did they say when you told them it went through? Hopefully it'll all be processed soon, sigh. Ours hasn't been deducted.

Both of the fees were taken out of the bank account, the money are gone, they said it's not a good idea to pay them again.

They say the usual, they have technical issues. And I asked if these 2 weeks of nothing happening will be turned into a compensation, so the time frame of waiting won't be 11 weeks, but 9, they said probably not.. It's just not ok.

Makes sense. But yeah I think if it's a technical issue that is stopping everyone's payments from being processed, they probably can't compensate since everyone is kinda still waiting in line. If it's just random people's payments having this issue then yeah it's unfair to not be expedited. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from the posts on this thread it seems everyone's or at least a lot of IV payments over the last 2 weeks have been stuck? :( I just want this to be done with.

Yes, you are right. But of course, I look at this as a service we are paying for. And the other thing, there are so many online shops that have good technical support and payment methods. I bet some of them are busier than NVC. It's just a choice if they want to fix it. It's not ok to have this problem since 2012 (saw some other threads since then) and if you use a newer internet browser to get this problem right away.

Oh yeah, I completely agree with you there. Dunno if they are underfunded or anything, but I really hope the process improves for future filers. I suppose they've made some efforts to streamline the process, but it's just very slow going.

My scan date was 04/03/17 if you don't get a response exactly at 11wks call the NEXT day. Mine was at NVC for 11wks with no response. I called that on the dot and they told me it isn't officially 11 wks until after 12am. Even then the request won't go through until the day after that. They will submit it in to Supervisor review and can take up to 6 Additional weeks to review. Mine took 4 more wks. I Just got a CC the 18th  and the confirmation email today, no letter in the mail yet. So it was a total of 15 wks I asked why? They just said they missed it 😒

That is unacceptable! How are they overlooking cases and making people wait 11 weeks
