.. possibly another 2 weeks.. ask them to have a supervisor call you back????

Still stuck in "In Process" after 2 weeks. They told us to email asknvc@stategov.com with our bank statement. Not sure if this will be the best way to do it as I heard it can take them more than a month to reply.

Hi there. How do you know your scan date? Is it the date when NVC received your documents?

Yes, that's the date NVC received your documents-you have to call them to confirm the date

Yes I always do ask for supervisor call back and they never call back but my wife spoke to a supervisor yesterday and she said the application is not in her department and she can't even give us a reason why our application goes into supervisor review
