We just got our NVC CC on July 17 and I'm hoping that my husband will get his interview before my son and I leave the country to move back to the states (Sept. 10) as I would like to come with him to the interview. 

Just reading some of the posts where people were saying that the interview times for August are already finished-- is that country specific or just in general they are all finished for August?

Just to clarify, that was the info to print out your payment receipt. If you want to print out confirmation of completing the Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application (DS-260).. 

 

Then you need to go here.

• under APPLICANT INFORMATION
  • click on "completed"
  •  

    COMPLETED

     

• Click on "Sign" 
• Click on "Print confirmation"

In the Bahamas it is recommended that you do the medical 2 weeks before the interview

Ok, please follow the following steps to print out confirmation of completing the DS260.. You don't need to print out your questionnaire, just the confirmation of completing it.

Just got off the phone with NVC they said no more appointments for August..she said at the end of the month they will receive another batch of dates from the embassy for September interviews. Fingers crossed my hubby gets one of those dates.

Too bad about that... was really hoping to squeeze into an August appointment. Hopefully we will be first in line for September appointments.

NVC schedules all of the interviews unless the case has been expedited.  In an expedited case, the file is transferred to the consulate who schedules the interview   I hope this clarifies.
