APPROVED!!! finally!!! after ONE YEAR!!! they didnt ask for our relationship photos or flight tickets anything!!! the interview took only two minutes I went with my wife. The guy only ask me how do we met, where was our first date, where do we live (she lives in the US I live in Peru), when was the last time I saw her in the US and thats all!

 

I think they already know EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYONE haha...

Thank you everyone, its been an amazing ride and without all of you and this amazing page maybe I will be stuck at NOA1

Ours is a kitty.  My renegade husband decided he would acquire one last month out of the blue knowing he would be moving lol

Awww!! That's too bad they don't accept pets from the UK. Try KLM, they are very pet friendly and they allow pets on transatlantic flights.

Call today before they close for the weekend.. Since yesterday 9 people have received their interview date.

Congrats to the new CCs!!  Since we have cases on our spreadsheet that have received their August interview dates. We can assume that the following countries have released their August interview dates. If you've recently received your CC letter (letter saying that your case is now ready to be scheduled for an interview) , and see your country below, I suggest calling the NVC to see if they have your interview date. If you do not see your country below and are still waiting for it, sort the spreadsheet by country, and see when they received their interview notification.. It could be that your country releases their dates closer to the 15th of every month. Did the embassy ask for a copy of your i864 (affidavit of support) forms? And if they did, did the copies had any signatures?

My i864 copy doesn't have any signatures and the person who helped us with the files mentioned there's no need for the signature on the i864 copy as the ones we sent to NVC had the signatures and they were cleared by NVC so no issues. They say embassy won't even ask for the copies of i864, its jsut for personal record. Is this correct?

 

My interview is on the 25th july

 

@vintash @Adorable @Ahmed & Amy @justwaiting17  please answer this as we're worried we might be facing delays if anything is incomplete. 

In my experience they did ask for it but then she said it was exactly the same as the one she had which was provided from the nvc and she didn't need the copy I brought. I can't remember if it had a signature but I'm am not home till late tonight to check. Hope I helped. I'm going to post my review tonight.
