What type of visa are you applying for? Asking because you said you're living with your wife?  Also, please update your VJ timeline.

I finally solved that AOS dilemma.. the people that need a copy of the Affidavit are the ones mostly applying for K1 visa and they are awaiting abroad

My husband has two passports. He had a different one when we filled out the DS-260 and then had to get a new passport with my name on it to get the PCC. So the DS-260 has the old passport information and the profile on the consulates website where I scheduled the interview has the new passport information. Can this possibly be a problem?

Documents needed are: the P4 letter, original passport and two copies of it's data page, fill up the medical form online on Aziz med website from the Page where u register an appointment and print it, 6 passport size pics with white background , when u register on amc website for appointment they'll email u the list if requirements as well.

They didn't ask for any card. The two shots were tetanus and *pox

Vaccination charges are 3000pkr included in that 22000 charges.

Other than x-ray and blood sample , rest of staff was female but they do have multiple rooms for some steps so they might assign a male staff too.

@abfar Thank you soo much!! This is really helpful.

Quick question, I see that your scan date was April 5th so it was before the 2016 tax filing deadline. Did you use the 2015 tax info on your I-864 or you (or your sponsor) had already filed the 2016 tax before your scan date and you used that on your I-864.

This process never ceases to amaze me, I really can't believe this. My wife and step children attended their interviews today. One snag. They had their medicals on the 24/06. Showed at the Embassy today. THEY CANT FIND THEM!! They think they're in the mail room..."Think"?

They interviewed, were told they are approved pending medicals being found!!! These people.. sheesh... they said it should only be about two days to complete the file then two weeks for everything to be mailed.

Sorry to hear that.. hope you get this sorted soon!
