My father appointment letter for interview received already, i did not make a copy of the original I-864 that i submitted to NVC . and on the letter it state . • If a financial sponsor submitted an I-864 Affidavit of Support form, you must give the consular officer a signed version. It can be a photocopy, but the signature cannot be typed or electronic.

should i fill up a new one that he can bring to interview?

thanks in advance

I already answered you this q a week ago, so again, yes, your dad have to carry originally signed I-864 to the interview, if he'll be asked to submit it during it. I didn't have to, like I told you, it's all up to consul. Better be totally prepared to avoid delays.
