Hi, I'm filling out ds260 form right now for my sister. My mom is the petitioner who filed for her under F2A. Can I fill out that my sister will live with me when she comes to the USA or does she have to live with my mom? Thanks for your answers.

how old is she, if she is a minor, then yes, your mom is responsible for her and has to live with her, if she is under 18, then her guardian is your mom and legally responsible for her

now if she is 18 or older, she is an adult and can live wherever she wants to
