If you have an immigrant visa case at the National VIsa Center, then you have no Conditional Resident Status and most likely are not even IN the USA, much less any kind of resident, conditional or not.

Do you mean your petition to become a LPR?

Looking at your threads from last year, perhaps you had issues with the I-864 and never had your visa interview?   If so, NVC should be able to keep your I-130 "alive" as long as you keep in touch with them at least once a year.

I haven't gotten a clue.  Are you outside the US in a process to obtain an immigrant visa, as indicated in your profile?

Yes i am outside of the usa,am in a process to obtain the immigrant Visa.I read a particular thread somewhere, which says the conditional status for an immigrant takes about 2 years, which starts to count from the day of the wedding, and that it will expire after then,I had a delay with the nvc, thats why am unable to finish up before the 2 years period.

Conditional status is granted upon entry to the USA, when the entry occurs before the second wedding anniversary.  Until you have an I-130 approved, you have no status and are simply considered the beneficiary of an I-130 petition that has been filed.  Obtaining the visa and/or entering the USA AFTER two years of marriage, will result in UNCONDITIONAL Lawful Permanent Resident Status, so you would skip Conditional Status altogether.   Currently, you have no status whatsoever, so nothing to be extended nor anything you would desire extending.
