hello does anyone know if my sponsor needs to sign his 1040? he used h&r block and a woman filed it for them, I am assuming it was done electronically. It was direct deposited for him also.

(also sorry for all of the posts, we just want it to be perfect)

Where are you in the visa process? You/the co-sponsor don't need to prove income at the time of filing the I-129F.

I find that the tax transcripts are the simplest way, because you can get them quickly online, they are only 1 page long each and don't require a signature. You won't need these until the time of the interview.

sorry we are on the i-134 she is going to be interviewed july 24th.
Long story short, my sponsor doesn't want to give anymore paperwork regarding his financial information. So I am just going to have to use his 1040

hello I am filling out the i-134 and I am stuck on a question.
I am using a co-sponsor and I had him not check this box. But for me should I check this? I think it would look really bad if nobody agrees to help her

both you and co-sponsor should tick "do not intend" but if the co-sponsor intend to make specific contributions he /she should specify what that could be. it is not a big deal.why you using a co-sponsor? you are unemployed or your income is below poverty guidlines?

You can check yes and then, in the page 7 to provide additional information, write "N/A K1 visa application".

It's what people advise to do for that question.

I am a full time student and the farm work I do for my family isn't taxable income. I have to use a co-sponsor because I have not done taxes for 3 years. I do make money but it's not like a normal job I don't get paid hourly, we have to wait for things to grow before we make money. I am going to send them my bank statements to prove that I do have money saved

So it's better to choose "do not intend?" I selected "Inted" and stated "all expenses including but not limited to their visa expenses, lodging, food, incidental expenses. My Fiancee and I will share my income."

If it doesn't say it on the instructions then it doesn't need to be signed.

Hi guys just curious if it is okay to put "none" for things that don't apply to us. 

I put it for interpreter also but I am not sure if it is okay. I don't want to leave anything blank because I know they could refuse the form if it's not good

Yes it's fine to put none or n/a in spaces that do not apply to you.

I noticed that the form instructs we sign our full name in front of a notary, my mom (co-sponsor) signed her middle initial instead of spelling it out. is this going to be a problem? should we re do it?
