this affidavit of support is going to be the death of me I swear.

Alright everyone, this should be my last annoying redundant question on this forum, as my fiance will have her interview soon.

My mom is a co-sponsor and has filled out her form as well. I'm wondering about question 38 on part 3. From what I've read on this site and others, it seems k1 visa applicants are supposed to check "do no intend" because it's not applicable?? Is my mom, the co-sponsor also supposed to check do not intend? I am living with her currently so my fiance will be too for a year until we move out. Does my mom then check 'intend' since she'll be staying there with us?

Also, is it required I send in my bank account info? I have no savings or money currently to speak of, due to all the recent fees I had to pay for this k1 visa process. I have a full time job and will be submitting a letter of employment, my tax returns and pay stubs as proof of income. My mom is submitting her bank info and tax returns. She's also employed but since she's a teacher and it's summer she won't be able to acquire a letter of employment until September, so I'm hoping we can skip that as to not wait an extra 2 months.

Will this be sufficient evidence? Should I submit my checking and savings account amounts even though it's a laughable, minuscule amount? I feel like it won't help our case but rather damage it. Please any help is greatly appreciated and I promise I won't haunt this forum ever again lmao. We're going to the notary today to get this signed and DONE.

Unusual for someone on a full time job not to meet the requirements, do you have a lot of dependents?
