Do not pay for flights and hotel until you got your visa. And no one knows whether you'll get approved or how long your processing would take post-interview.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Online at Dept of State it says:

Wait Times for Embassy/Consulate

Jeddah

EDIT
Nonimmigrant Visa Type Appointment Wait Time
Visitor Visas 12 Calendar Days*
Student/Exchange Visitor Visas 12 Calendar Days*
All Other Nonimmigrant Visas 12 Calendar Days*

Wait Time for Interview

The estimated wait time to receive an interview appointment to apply at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate. (For emergency appointment requests: After checking the wait time where you will apply, if an expedited interview appointment is needed earlier due to an emergent situation, visit the Embassy or Consulate Visa Section website where you will find specific instructions about making the request.)

Wait Time for Processing

The typical wait time for your visa to be processed refers to the time it typically takes for your visa to be ready for pick-up or delivery by courier after the Consular Officer has made the decision to issue the visa.

Administrative Processing

These estimates do not include time required for administrative processing, which may affect a small number of applications. If necessary, this additional processing is usually resolved within 60 days of application, though some cases may take longer. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary based on individual circumstances of each case.

You can check yourself here https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/general/wait-times.html/

So basically you will have 12 days wait to get an appointment, 12 days for processing, and then extra days of administrative processing in which they run background checks. If you've been to a country in the muslim ban, if you work in technology or some related field, if you are a man, you could be waiting there for a while. Or it could get resolved relatively soon, so you could have your visa in 30 days.

Frankly, you'll have to find out about the available interview dates. If the earliest that they have available is September, that's one way to tell it ain't happening. Even if you can get an interview in July, again, there's no guarantee. All you can do is try. Why are you so fixed on going in mid August? Can it be another date?

thank you @Coco8! so i expect i need a month? @KULtoATL it is only the available dates for my leave vacation. I need to come back for my job

Sorry! I just realized it was you!!! Were you able to fix the problem you had with the DS 160?

Being a woman you have chances of getting the visa in less than a month. Have you every been to any of the countries in the muslim ban?

Get the appointment scheduled today. July 4th is a holiday so the US consulate will not work. But you also need to pay for the appointment and sometimes the payment takes time to process (it varies by country).

You should be able to do everything online (get the appointment, payment).

Yes, Saudi Arabia is not included. Sometimes you can pay by credit card, but maybe there you can only due it at a bank.

I think there is a possibility you will get in it on time.

While you wait for the appointment, get all the supporting evidence showing ties to Saudi Arabia ready.

I had the same situation when we filed for K1 visa. As soon as we got the approval we wanted to just do the next steps as quickly as possible including the interview appointment. i don't know if you already had the interview date but this link helped me get  better earlier date: getabetterdate.com
